Boomori Finale possesses classical good looks, height (he stands 15.2 hh) and excellent movement. Visitors to Kamana are always taken with his excellent conformation & his calm temperament which he bestows upon his progeny. They also comment on his straight legs (long forearms, short cannons) and good bone density without coarseness which his offspring also demonstrate. Boomori Finale's length of rein & hindquarter depth and power makes him an ideal performance horse sire.
His progeny have inherited his height & intelligence combined with the essential Arabian "type" and have gone on to excel in the show ring and in performance events. One of his daughters Dark Allure made a successful show debut at 2 years old in Victoria & then became a successful broodmare. Two sons are part of the Elfar Endurance Arabians riding team. His other progeny are either breeding show champions or being utilised as dependable riding horses. We have retained two daughters Silver Flair & Kamana Cool Jazz.
Katina's university schedule has not allowed her to ride at any shows but Katina graduates in 2010. Once Katina is settled in her new workplace she wants to take Flair & agist her nearby so she can ride her regularly in preparation for shows & dressage tests. Like her siblings Silver Flair has inherited Finale's intelligence & sweet nature so Katina enjoys training her.
Unfortunately Boomori Finale was not shown or ridden as he developed a severe allergic reaction to our local insects & grass seeds within a few months of arrival, a phenomenon solely due to his relocation from South Australia to us, and something which is not passed on genetically.
